Getting started

Requirements

Section titled “Requirements”
  • WordPress 6.5 or newer.
  • WooCommerce active.
  • PHP 8.1 or newer.

Setup

  1. Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/swift, or install it via Plugins → Add New.
  2. Activate it. WooCommerce must be active.
  3. Open the Swift menu and enable the Buy Now button, set its label and pick the placement and redirect target.

Placement and label

The button can show on the single product page, on shop listings, or both - each placement is toggled independently. You can set your own button label in the settings.

Redirect target and cart clearing

Choose whether Buy Now sends the shopper to checkout or to the cart. You can also enable a cart-clear so the shopper buys only the chosen product, with no other items carried over.

Simple vs variable products

The free version is designed for simple products. A variable product’s Buy Now needs a chosen variation, which the free button does not pass; full variable-product support is planned for Swift Pro.

Free and PRO boundary

The free edition covers a Buy Now button for simple products. Swift Pro is planned for express checkout shortcuts, Buy Now for variable products on listings, per-product button rules and analytics.
