Yes. Trust Pro is an add-on, it requires Trust FREE version 0.1.3 or later installed and active.
What is already implemented?

Where do I get Trust Pro?
Trust Pro is sold through Freemius, which also handles licensing and automatic updates. It is not in the WordPress.org directory.

Yes, it's live. PRO runs €19/year for 1 site, €39 for 5 sites, or €69 for unlimited sites, charged in EUR through Freemius. PL shoppers get an approximate PLN figure.
