Yes. Subscribe Pro is an add-on, it requires Subscribe FREE installed and active (0.1.1+ for double opt-in).
What ships today?

Where do I get Subscribe Pro?
Subscribe Pro is sold and delivered through Freemius, which also handles licensing and automatic updates. It is not in the WordPress.org directory.
How much does PRO cost?
Yes, pricing is final. PRO is €29/year for 1 site, €59 for 5 sites, and €99 for unlimited sites, billed in EUR through Freemius. PL visitors see an approximate PLN price.
